Steelex D1138 Review: Steelex Plus D1138 115 Piece HSS Tin Drill Bit Set in Index. Others didn't like these, and yes they are inexpensive bits. Overall cost to benefit ratio of these bits is very high, just don't expect too much for 50 cents a bit.You shouldn't try and do a lot of machining and difficult to machine materials. I have a CNC machine with many high quality, custom tools, but I found this a useful, cost effective addition to the set for light work with plastic, aluminum and easy to machine steels.
