BroilKing POV-35 Review: Broil King POV-35 Professional Half Sized Stainless Convection Oven/Broiler. Very pleased with this unit after 6 weeks of use. It does three racks of cookies perfectly, unlike my conventional oven that does best one sheet at a time on the center rack. A pan of chicken parts took 30 min. @ 325. It has plenty of room for Pizza stones and Pampered Chef stone ware sheets. Also, if you are disgusted with the "China Syndrom" that permeates most retail products, this is manufactured in Italy.
