Steelex D2251 Review: Steelex D2251 Adjustable Circle Cutter. This Woodstock Adjustable circle cutter has been around for a long time in various configurations, usually with only one cutter. They work fine but I strongly advise that it be used in a drill press, NOT with a hand drill. With a hand drill the "wobble" could jam the cutter and ruin your work, or it could tweak your hand.
